
1. In Microsoft Outlook, click on Tools, select E-mail Accounts.

2. On the E-mail Accounts wizard window, select "Add a new e-mail account" and click Next.
3. For your server type, select "POP3" and click Next.

4. On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, enter your information as follows:
- Your Name
Enter your first and last name
- E-mail Address
Enter your e-mail address
- User Name
Enter your e-mail address, again
- Password
Enter the password that was set up for your e-mail account
- Incoming mail server (POP3)
Your incoming server is mail.yourdomain.com.au, where "yourdomain.com.au" is the name of your website domain
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
Enter the SMTP outgoing mailserver as provided by your ISP - e.g. mail.bigpond.com, mail.optusnet.com.au, smtp.ozemail.com.au

5. Click "More Settings."
- On the Internet E-mail Settings window, click on "Outgoing Server" tab.
- Tick "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication."
- Select "Log on using" and enter the user name and password as provided by your ISP.
- Click OK.

6. Click next

7. Test your account Settings then click finish
