Q	How long does it take to build a website ?
A	The size and complexity of the website will determine how long it takes to develop. Smaller sites can take less than 2 weeks, whereas larger websites may take up to a month to complete, depending on our current work schedule. We can advise a starting date at time of quoting.

Q	Where do I send the content for my website ?

Q	What are the accepted formats for website content ?
A	We don't accept Macintosh formats. Images - JPG (.jpg) or GIF (.gif) format. Text - standard Windows word processing formats (Notepad or Word Pad) or plain text emails. Charges apply for manual typing of text. Please refer to our Client Website Checklist

Q	Do you create Database or Ecommerce websites?
A	No, we specialise in "Brochure Type" websites (HTML) Our niche market appeals to small businesses not wanting to spend thousands of dollars on a website.

Q	How can I get my website updated?
A	If any changes or added information needs to be made to your website, we can provide this service to you. Webdesignz provides website maintenance at a rate of AU$40 per hour. Once informed of the of the changes required, we can provide you with a quote.

Q	What is Website Hosting?
A	This means your website is placed on a computer server which is accessible to anyone connected to the Internet anywhere in the world 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For information on purchasing Website Hosting, click here.

Q	What is a Domain Name?

Q	What is an Email Form ?
A	This is an online form where a prospective client can type in their details and ask questions. These details are then converted into an email format and sent directly to your nominated email address.
