
1. Contact Us
To become a client of Webdesignz, simply complete our contact form and we will telephone you to discuss your website requirements.
2. Free Website Mockup
To provide you with a free website mockup, we will require the following initial website content:
- A brief overview of your business.
- Your logo and any images you would like used in the website mockup.
- Your preferred colour scheme.
- Webpages titles. i.e. Home, About Us, Services, Pricing, Links, Contact Us etc....
- The URL's of any websites you have seen that you like.
On receipt of the above information, we will create a website mockup and upload it to temporary web address for you to view.
3. Gathering Website Content
On approval of the website mockup, you will need to supply the balance of your website content you want to appear on your website. This includes all text, photos, logos, terms and conditions etc... This can be sent via email or by post on CD.

Images/Logo: Please provide your images as attachments in JPG (.jpg) or GIF (.gif) format. If required, we can design a simple text only logo.
Body Text: Text needs to be provided in standard Windows word processing formats (Notepad, Word Pad, etc) or as a plain text email. Charges apply for manual typing of text. We can put you in touch with a copywriter if you need assistance, but since nobody knows your business like you, preparing the body text is something that you will need to do.
Keywords/Keyphrases: Are the important words and phrases that people type into the search engines to locate websites. You need to incorporate these chosen keywords into the text of your website. i.e. "Central Coast web design" "Central Coast Websites" ect.....
Contact Form Fields: These are the questions you wish to ask your prospective clients via the email form on your contact page. i.e. Name, Address, Telephone, Email, Enquiry, How did you find us? etc...........
Links: URL's and link descriptions for any external websites to be shown as links from your website.
4. Payment
Payment can be made by cheque or direct deposit (preferred) to our bank account. The following payment schedule applies for new websites:
Deposit - 50%
Final Payment - 50% on completion of website.
All extra work that we are required to do is chargeable. This includes any significant changes to the initial agreed design concept.
5. Website Construction
Work commences once we have received your deposit and the balance of website content. Our turnaround time is normally around two weeks, depending on our current work schedule. We can advise a starting date at time of quoting.
6. Domain Name And Website Hosting Details
You will need to provide details (Username/Password) for your Domain Name and Website Hosting. This information should have been forwarded in a welcoming email from the company you purchased these services from.
Note: Website hosting must be on a Unix System/Server
7. Website Release
On receipt of final payment for your website, we will upload your website live.
8. Website Maintenance/Updating
Routine updates and modifications of your website can be sent through by email or posted on CD. We require clear instructions of what needs to be done, and which page(s) the changes relate to. Website maintenance charges apply.
